* all prices
include VAT at the prevailing rate
* there may be changes in prices on the website without prior notice
payment
* after submitting your request, you will
receive a confirmation email with the payment details
* payment is made at the
time of the order, by bank transfer
(send us an email so we can give you our bank account details), or through
Paypal
if you select Paypal as your payment method, you will be redirected to their website. You do not need to register for a Paypal account to make your payment; you can just use your credit card.
* your order is confirmed as soon as you send us a copy of the payment by email
shipping
* we will ship all orders within 5 (five) business days, except for custom made orders that - depending on how busy we are - can take up to 15 (fifteen) business days
* we
do our very best to offer you the best shipping rates with the most secure
service, so all orders are sent by registered mail via CTT Expresso
* shipping costs vary according to location and weight of the package (
domestic-between 3.50 to 10.00 euros depending on size of item; for any
international shipping ask us a quote)

& rest of the world: 15-30 business days
please be aware that if the package can't be delivered
to you, it will be returned to us and unfortunately we will have to charge you
again for the shipping costs to resend it.
please make sure
that the address details provided to us are correct. if a package gets lost
because you have given us the incorrect address we cannot be held responsible.
other shipping
methods, Express Mail Service (EMS), FedEx, UPS, DHL, as well as insurance, and
delivery confirmation are available. Please contact us if you prefer any of
these and we will send you a quote.
customs and duty
shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import
duty/tax or customs clearance charges, which may be applied once a shipment
reaches the country. We have no control over additional customs charges and as
such, these charges are to be paid by the purchaser.
returns and refunds
* we do our best to offer you a unique and pleasant shopping experience and we hope you will be happy with the items you purchase at Spirit Walker. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will find a solution.
you can return the item(s) within 7 days from delivery, in order to get a refund or an exchange.
email us at [email protected] to notify us of a return/exchange. all returns/exchanges must be in new, unused condition. shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
all refunds will be made upon receiving the returned item(s)
* be aware that unfortunately, and comprehensively, we cannot accept returns on custom made items

* we absolutely respect your privacy. all information collected
is primarily used to process your order. when you sign up on our online store
as a new customer, you will be asked to provide some personal information. this
information is used only for the purposes of processing and shipping your
order, and will under no circumstance be sold, disclosed or distributed to any
third party.
